Amazing experience kayaking.FAQ
We recommend bringing a swimming suit to wear under the neoprene and a towel for drying off after getting soaked. Additionally, packing a snack and some water is advisable as you’ll likely be hungry and thirsty afterward, especially during the hot summer. .
You will get wet during any water activity, so it’s necessary to change into dry clothes for the van ride back. Sitting on a towel can still wet the seats, making them unhygienic and uncomfortable for anyone who sits there after you. .
It’s recommended to leave all valuables, including money, wallets, jewelry, phones, bags, and purses, behind since the van might be unattended during activity. You may bring only small essential items, like necessary medications. However, be aware that these could potentially fall into the water and get lost. You can leave items such as a change of clothes, shoes, and snacks in the van. .
Standard travel and sport insurance policies typically don’t cover adventure sports such as kayaking, canyoning, caving, or zip-lining. While the likelihood of injury during these activities is minimal, it’s preferable to be prepared and have the necessary coverage. Feel free to contact us for more information and to take out this insurance. .
Injury is unlikely with adherence to instructions. Canoeing is generally safe, fun, and memorable, extending beyond big white water.
Yes, but please note that safety always comes first. Kids joining depends on the time of year and what the actual river level is that day. Soča River is free-flowing, influenced by big rainfalls, and not dam-controlled so it varies throughout the season.
For our whitewater trips, we generally require participants to be at least 140 cm tall and max. 120 kg.
We don’t provide photos of the activity. We don’t recommend taking cameras unless they are waterproof. Alternatively, you can rent our GoPro and helmet with a camera mount for a rate of 20 EUR.
