For over 20 years, we’ve been making adventures in protected natural environments. Our adventures inspires travelers worldwide, and we believe having you on the team could do the same.
How does it work
Our outdoor adventure centre routinely opens positions for the next season in November. By January, we finalize the interview and selection process. We then prepare all necessary paperwork to ensure staff can legally live and work in Slovenia, including contracts, visas, and work permits. From late March through May, qualified and experienced team members may joins us for pre-season trips. In the meantime, newcomers complete the required licenses and educational seminars, then join the senior staff for training. By June, everyone is fully onboarded and functioning within their respective fields, continuing through mid October.

Open positions
Front office
- You are the brain of the entire operation. You take care of customers from start to finish, manage reservations and logistics, and have top-notch organizational skills.
- June–September
- Czech and English required, Slovene is an advantage.
Campsite cleaning
- You know how to get things done and can spot what needs attention. You work independently and thoroughly, ensuring the cabins, kitchenette, and bathrooms are spotless.
- May–September
- No special language skills required.
Maintenance
We are looking for someone handy, reliable, and proactive in ensuring the camp runs smoothly and stays in top shape.
- Grass cutting (using both walk-behind and string mowers).
- Minor woodworking and carpentry tasks.
- Basic repairs and maintenance (electricity, water, and sewage systems).
- General handyman tasks: tightening and replacing fasteners, drilling, sanding, painting, assembly, and other routine maintenance.
- May/June–September
Driver – position closed
- Someone we can rely on to drive a van with a trailer safely and confidently, ensuring our guests’ adrenaline kicks in at the activity—not during the ride.
- June–September
- Category B driving license is sufficient.
