FAQ

Although Slovenia and Italy permit borderless travel, occasional checks may occur at the borders. Furthermore, it’s mandatory to carry an ID in Slovenia.
We recommend bringing a swimsuit to wear under the neoprene suit, and a towel for drying off after getting wet. Also, consider packing a small lunch, plenty of snacks, and 2 liters of water. You’ll likely be hungry and thirsty before and after the canyon, especially during the hot summer.
You will get wet during the canyoning, so it’s necessary to change into dry clothes for the van ride back. Sitting on a towel can still wet the seats, making them unhygienic and uncomfortable for anyone who sits there after you.
It’s recommended to leave all valuables, including money, wallets, jewelry, phones, bags, and purses, behind since the van might be unattended during activity. You may bring only small essential items, like necessary medications. However, be aware that these could potentially fall into the water and get lost. You can leave items such as a change of clothes, shoes, and snacks in the van.
We advise against wearing jewelry, as it may get lost, and rings will get damaged.
Standard travel and sport insurance policies typically don’t cover adventure sports such as rafting, canyoning, caving, or zip-lining. While the likelihood of injury during these activities is minimal, it’s preferable to be prepared and have the necessary coverage. Feel free to contact us for more information and to take out this insurance.

There is a minimal risk of injury, particularly if you follow our instructions precisely. Canyoning is generally safe and an exciting adventure for most people. However, minor bumps and bruises can be expected due to the slippery environment.

Yes, if you’re more adventurous, daring, and fit, you might prefer this option. However, families with teenagers should consider choosing the summer months when it’s warmer. As canyons are influenced by rainfall and not dam-controlled, water levels may vary throughout the season.

Yes, the maximum weight limit for canyoning is 115 kg for women and 125 kg for men. However, please note that being fit is also essential.

We do not provide photos of the activity, nor do we recommend bringing cameras unless they are waterproof. As an alternative, we offer GoPro rentals and helmets equipped with camera mounts for a rate of 20 EUR.

Yes. A solo traveler can be grouped with other travelers on departing trips. However, the trip departure will confirm if there are at least three paying customers. Sometimes, your desired trip may not get confirmed and an alternative option will be offered to you.
