By January, we finalize the interview and selection process. We then prepare all necessary paperwork to ensure staff can legally live and work in Slovenia, including contracts, visas, and work permits. From late March through May, qualified and experienced team members may joins us for pre-season trips. In the meantime, newcomers complete the required licenses and educational seminars, then join the senior staff for training. You take care of customers from start to finish, manage reservations and logistics, and have top-notch organizational skills.<\/li><li><strong>June\u2013September<\/strong><\/li><li><strong>Czech and English<\/strong> required, Slovene is an advantage.<\/li><\/ul><h4>Campsite cleaning<\/h4><ul><li>You know how to get things done and can spot what needs attention.
